This residence will be developed on a 924m2 lot and has approximately 900m2 projected.//Esta residencia se desarrollará sobre un terreno de 924m2 y cuenta con aproximadamente 900m2 proyectados.
The house is distributed on two levels. On the ground floor we can find the common areas and on the upper floor the private ones. In this design we sought to achieve a lot of spaciousness through height, natural lighting and the neutrality of the materials.//La casa se distribuye en dos niveles; en planta baja podemos encontarar las áreas comunes y en planta alta las privadas. En este diseño buscábamos lograr mucha amplitud a través de la altura, iluminación natural y la neturalidad de los materiales.
