This small house is located on a 128m2 plot of land in the city of Las Varas, Nayarit. The ground floor has a garage for two cars, a kitchen and living room with a view to a small interior garden, a full bathroom, a master bedroom and a laundry center. On the second floor there are two secondary bedrooms with a full bathroom and a terrace. This house was designed based on its context, taking into consideration the materials and construction method of the locality.//Esta pequeña vivienda se emplaza en un terreno de 128m2 en la ciudad de Las Varas, Nayarit.
