We always get excited when we get to intervene spaces with years of trajectory such as this market located in the center of the city of Mexicali. In this proposal it was important for us to improve the user experience without losing the essence of what this place was at the time.//Nos emociona intervenir espacios con años de trayectoria como lo es este mercado ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Mexicali. En esta propuesta fue importante para nosotros el mejorar la experiencia del usuario sin que se perdiera la esencia de lo que fue este lugar en su momento.
On the façade, this proposal rescues the existing arches of the building and we repeat them to create strength and unify its identity. The interiors where redesigned, from distribution to finishes and furniture, showing a better flow and use of spaces.//En fachada, esta propuesta rescata los arcos existentes del edificio y los repetimos para crear fortaleza y unificar su identidad. En el interior se replantea desde distribución hasta acabados y mobiliario, generando un mejor flujo y aprovechamiento de los espacios.
