Tres Bien is a place for little heroes and heroines, where they’ll discover and strengthen their abilities.//Tres Bien es un lugar para pequeños héroes y heroinas, donde descubrirán y fortalecerán sus capacidades.

The biggest challenge of this project was adapting an existing building to meet all the requirements of a children physical therapy center. The project was planned in two phases: the first involved outfitting the ground level, and the second phase will focus on the upper level.//El reto más grande de este proyecto fue el transformar un edificio existente y reforzarlo estructuralmente, para poder cumplir con todas las necesidades de un centro de fisioterapia infantil. El proyecto se pleaneó en dos etapas; donde la primera fue habilitar el primer nivel y la segunda etapa será el segundo nivel.

High-quality SPC flooring was installed for its durability, easy maintenance, and warm to the touch surface. The space is neutral, with pops of color from work materials and painted wall accents.//En el interior se instaló un piso SPC de alta calidad por su durabilidad, fácil mantenimiento y superficie cálida al tacto. El espacio es sobrio, con toques de color aportados por los materiales de trabajo y detalles de pintura en los muros.

Primary colors 💛💙❤️ aid early stimulation, while contrasts help develop visual focus. Blue and green tones 🩵💙💚 promote sensory stimulation, as they’re calming and help reduce anxiety in individuals with autism or disabilities.//Los colores primarios 💛💙❤️ ayudan a la estimulación temprana y los contrastes a desarrollar el enfoque visual. El color azul y verde 🩵💙💚 favorecen a la estimulación sensorial ya que suelen ser relajantes y reducir la ansiedad en personas con autismo o discapacidad.
