This project seeks to reflect the combination of the traditional Japanese culture and ours. Different areas were designed within the restaurant without making them lose connection between them. The idea is that the user has the opportunity to reserve a space for a large group of people or to enjoy alone in the sushi bar.//Este proyecto busca reflejar la tradicional cultura japonesa y la nuestra. Se diseñaron distintas áreas para comer dentro del mismo restaurante sin que estos pierdan coherencia entre sí. La idea es que el usuario tenga la oportunidad de reservar desde un salón privado para un numeroso grupo de personas, hasta disfrutar por sí solo en la barra de sushi.
The decoration of the counter bar, which is the focal point of the restaurant, is based on the Japanese practice kintsugi; repairing ceramic fractures with gold resin, which tells us in a symbolic way that sometimes defects are the greatest virtues.//La decoración de la contra barra, la cual es el punto focal más importante, se basa en la práctica japonesa kintsugi; el reparar fracturas de la cerámica con resina de oro, la cual nos dice de manera simbólica que a veces los defectos son las más grandes virtudes.
