Enya is a restaurant that seeks to position itself as one of the best in the region, where its specialty are local meat cuts.//Enya es un restaurante que busca posicionarse como uno de los mejores de la región, donde su especialidad son los cortes de carnes de ganado local.

The definition of Enya is Sun in the indigenous language Pai Pai, Amerindian town that lives in the north of the state of Baja California, Mexico, element that represents the inhabitants of Mexicali.//Enya significa sol en Pai Pai, pueblo amerindio que vive en el norte del estado de Baja California, México; elemento que representa la calidez de los habitantes de la ciudad de Mexicali.

The concept of the restaurant is to communicate the local roots through the interior design and its details, exalting the richness and excellence of our regional products. Enya is divided into five areas: kitchen, restaurant, bar, terrace and mezzanine; where each offers a unique atmosphere.//El concepto del restaurante es el de comunicar el arraigo local y estatal a través del diseño interior y sus detalles, exaltando la riqueza y excelencia de nuestros productos Bajacalifornianos. El restaurante se divide en cinco áreas: cocina, restaurante, bar, terraza y mezzanine; donde cada uno brinda un ambiente único.

The exhibition kitchen, covered with gold plates that go hand in hand with the majestic mural of the artist Juan Angel Castillo, is the protagonist of the place; where there is a visual interaction between the diner and the kitchen staff. Wood is one of the main materials used in the interior, from its furniture, ceiling and its carved bar. The decoration, lighting, perforated steel plates; all combine to create an eclectic, cozy and elegant atmosphere.//La cocina de exhibición, recubierta de placas doradas que van de la mano con el majestuoso mural del artista Juan Angel Castillo, es la protagonista del lugar; donde existe una interacción visual entre el comensal y el personal de cocina. La madera es es uno de los materiales que se denotan en el lugar, desde su mobiliario, plafones y su barra tallada. La decoración, iluminación, las placas de acero perforadas; todo se conjuga para crear un ambiente ecléctico, acogedor y elegante.
